Welcome back. Four quick steps stand between you and the draft. This page walks you through all of them — and, new this year, equips you with AI-scored Keeper Analytics for those too lazy to DYOR.
Re-upping is the default, and I hope you're in. But if you're not returning in 2026, let me know as soon as you can — there's a waiting list ready to fill the seat.
Email JeffI'm hosting again — come in person if you're local (food, drinks, and bb guns, same as ever), or draft remotely. I'm out of the country the first two weeks of September, so we're targeting the last week of August. If one of your guys gets hurt in the final week of preseason, the post-draft free-agent market is open to you.
Open the availability pollLock in up to two keepers in Sleeper. Last year's first-round pick is never eligible. New this year: The League AI Analyst has already scored every player on your roster — so scroll down, find your board, and see exactly what each keeper costs you. Miss the deadline and the Analyst picks for you.

Open the storeEvery roster, scored and ranked by keeper value. Tap a team to open its board. Yes — you can see everyone's.
Every pick becomes a single overall pick number (1–180). In a 12-team snake, odd rounds run 1→12 by draft slot and even rounds reverse (13 − slot), so the same keeper round costs a different overall pick depending on where you sit.
KOS measures value, not fit — it will rank a backup QB or a third tight end highly if the price is right, because every slot you don't keep gets redrafted anyway. Read it next to the ADP and position-rank columns and your own roster needs.

Joe had never played fantasy football before this league. He has now won it three years running, including last season's improbable come-from-behind title that looked dead in the water down the stretch. And the model says he's sitting on the two best keeper values in the room. Eleven of twelve owners are not going to like this. Turn it into motivation.
